Please add functionality to add emoji reaction to comments

      It would be helpful to, for example, give a comment a thumbs up instead of having to leave a comment that will notify all watchers. This could be simple and not include the full emoji suite, such as in the Github functionality:

       

      Providing this option would allow your Jira Cloud users to streamline communication and move more quickly through approval processes.
