Description
Summary
We have been alerted of customers receiving emails from bounce@spemail-us.atlassian.net as email servers (most commonly Microsoft) are requiring headers to be set on emails.
We are working on solving the problem in a joint effort with our mail delivery service.
Note that this only affects Jira Cloud, not Jira Server. It also impacts Confluence Cloud.

Expected Result
Customer should get emails from jira@sitename.atlassian.net address
Actual Result
Customer get emails from jira@sitename.atlassian.net address
Customers are getting emails from bounce@spemail-us.atlassian.net
Mail from Jira and Confluence will appear as being sent from the following addresses according to product & region. If you have automation rules that are triggered based on these emails, you may need to update your rules:

Workaround
If the problem is affecting routing of your emails and this affects your business, please get in touch with support as we can apply a temporary solution until the situation is resolved.
