No timestamps for attachments in the new jira issue view

      Summary

      In the new full page JIRA issue view, the attachments have no timestamps.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add an attachment to an issue.
      2. See the attachments on the full page view.

      Expected Results

      There should be timestamps on the attachments as it was on the old issue view.

      Actual Results

      No timestamps for the attachments
