Ability to configure and add more links/shortcuts to the main Sidebar

      It would be very helpful to be able to add additional options in the main JIRA Sidebar. For example, the ability to add the "Boards" option on the sidebar would be helpful to link to the "View All Boards" page:

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-69088 – As an Admin I would like the ability to rearrange the project sidebar shortcuts including the system shortcuts

            Thanks for explaining that. The ability to reorder shortcuts is tracked on the following ticket, which has more votes: JRACLOUD-69088 – As an Admin I would like the ability to rearrange the project sidebar shortcuts including the system shortcuts

            Being able to reorder the Shortcuts is the critical thing for me, as described JRASERVER-66193. We need the same in Cloud. Especially since the Shortcuts seem to reorder themselves randomly when new ones are added.

            This is a Jira Work Management doc but the same applies to Jira Software. Does this meet the requirements of this feature request?
