Ultimately I should be able to order the shortcuts to meet my needs. Typically you I want the most frequented items on the top. However, today the system shortcuts (Summary, Board, Issues, Reports, Components) are fixed. I can sort of arrange the user defined shortcuts that follow the system shortcuts based upon the order in which I create them. But if I want to rearrange those then I have to delete them all and re-add in the new order.

A good example of what is driving this is that the default Board is very limited and I rarely use. I opt to create my own Kanban. Business projects don't allow you to locate the Kanban to the project, only your profile so I add a shortcut on the sidebar. If I could rearrange all shortcuts I would push the default Board to the bottom and my Kanban to the top.
