      The ability to have a trail of if an agent and/or user has clicked on and is looking/looked at an issue in Jira.

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-80241 – Collaborative Editing - Add visual indicators when multiple users are editing or viewing a Jira Issue which has more votes.

            100% needed for any size service desk team! This should be updated live almost instantly. Jira Server has the ability to do this, but the add-on is broken on Cloud, and inconvenient since you have to click to view the users, vs seeing them at all times on the sidebar.

            Would love this feature for my team! The point of this feature is not to give precise and intimate knowledge on who is doing what on the issue. The simple info "who is currently viewing" and/or "who currently is replying" would be an immense help to various teams. Whatever they do with that info is a different story and completely up to them.

            Looking for a solution to see who is currently viewing an issue so toes aren't being stepped on! This was a very handy feature when we previously used ServiceNow.
