copy/paste shortcuts are not working anymore for file attachments in comment fields with IE and Edge, you must save the file and use the drag&drop, upload file or add attachment dialog box.

You should be able to directly copy/paste an image, without saving the file as you still can on Firefox and Chrome.

Steps to Reproduce

Within an issue comment field, add an image by copy and paste (with keyboard shortcuts or the mouse right click menu) nothing happens with IE and Edge,

Expected Results

An image file attachment should be added to the comment field as it does with Chrome and Firefox.

Actual Results

Nothing is happening with keyboard shortcuts and the paste option is not available in the mouse right-click menu.
