Jira issue links in comments not rendering in the new Jira issue view

Summary

Customer can't link issue keys, links to articles in Confluence, websites, documents or any other links supported in the new Jira issue view.

Environment

New Jira issue view

Steps to Reproduce

• 1. Go to a software project;
• 2. Open the new Jira issue view;
• 3. Try to link an issue on the comments section.
  

Expected Results

A link for the issue key, document, page or website is posted.

Actual Results

The issue key, document, page or website did not turn on a link.

Workaround

Disable the new issue view.
