Include changes to System Configuration in the Audit Logs

      The Suggestion

      Provide administrators a view of the changes made on the system configuration in Jira to increase the scope of the audit within the application.

            This was raised on my behalf as we have admins in multiple departments and recently had someone with too little training making changes to look and feel including date format, not realizing the full impact.  In general the Audit Log is very, very helpful and adding new events there plus beefing up the search and filter abilities would be a great way to empower admins and cut down on Atlassian support tickets from people asking for log files.
