JIRA issues calendar does not work with Change start date custom field

      Summary

      JIRA issues calendar display error when using the Date to Display = Change start date.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an SD project;
      2. Create tickets setting a date for Change start date;
      3. Configure the gadget to use Change start date as Date to Display;
      4. Error is shown when gadget saved.
