Summary

JIRA issues calendar does not present issues if synced with JIRA service desk custom fields like Change start date and Change completion date.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an SD project
2. Create tickets setting a date for Change start date
3. Create a Confluence page and insert the JIRA issues calendar macro
4. Configure the macro to use Change start date as Date to Display
5. 
6. Note that the issues create are not presented on the calendar.
