Large CSV exports can fail due to a timeout

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a JQL query which yields a large number of results (900~1000 issues). This also occurs with complex JQL or searches with too many fields.
2. Try to export these results to a CSV file.

Expected Results

The file is generated successfully.

Actual Results

It took some time to get a response and eventually you get a 504 (Gateway timeout) error.

Notes

• The problem is intermittent.

Workaround

• Split the CSV file into smaller batches, as exporting to the limit of 1000 issues may cause the timeout.
  Export More than 1000 Issues to Excel from Issue Navigator in JIRA Cloud
• Use REST API to get the results. JSON does not cause a timeout.
