Issue Type icons are not loading in the create issue screen in the new Jira UI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create issue using the URL https://domain.atlassian.net/secure/CreateIssue.jspa
2. Fill up with the 'Project' and 'Issue Type'
3. Click 'Next'
4. See the error on the next screen, where the Issue Type does not load    

Expected Result

Issue Type Icon loading properly

Issue Type Icon not loading

Reproduced in more than one test instances using the new Jira UI
