Release Date picker broken when interface language is set to French

Summary

When user interface language is set to French, the Release Date picker shows 'undefined'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new "Scrum software development" project
2. Add a new release version in "Releases" page
3. Change UI language to French
4. Try to release the newly created version and open the Release Date picker to modify the date

Expected Results

Release Date picker get displayed correctly

Actual Results

Notes

• When using "Build and release", the Release Date picker get displayed correctly.
• Same issue can also be reproduced when UI language is changed to German or Russian

Workaround

Change the UI language to English.
