Summary
Time since chart gadget shows the wrong month when you rest the mouse over the bars in the Dashboard, it was reproduced using a date picker custom field or the field Due Date.
When you use fields such as Created date or updated it doesn't happen

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom field type Date picker and add it to the screens (or just use the Due date field)
- Fill the date field on some issues using different months. For example, put a couple of issues with a Due date on October, other 2 in November and other 2 on December
- Create a new Dashboard by clicking on Dashboard > Manage Dashboard > Create Dashboard
- Add the gadget Time since chart and configure it to:
- Filter: Add the project or a filter with the issues where you added the Due date
- Date Field: Due date (or a custom field)
- Period: Monthly
- Days Previously: 90
- Cumulative totals: No
- Save
Expected Results
It should show 3 bars with the 3 months: October, November, December with 2 issues each
Actual Results
It shows 3 bars in the wrong months: September, October, November, (nothing in December) with 2 issues each
