Summary

Group cannot be removed from a role when it has uppercase on user management and on the role it has lowercase.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a group using lowercase.
2. Add the group to a role
3. Delete the group
4. Create the group again with the same name, but the first letter as uppercase
5. Click "Remove" on the "People" tab

Expected Results

The group is successfully deleted, even though you refresh the page.

Actual Results

It says that the group was removed, but if refresh the page, it will show again.
