Need to Know Who Enabled Self-Sign Up

    Description

      The problem is that if someone enables the self-sign up to the instance, there is no log to verify who did it.
      We need to investigate who made has enabled. There is no audit log to this part of the administration.

      We would like to be able to see who made this change or an audit log to control this information.
