Summary

When trying to paste the attachment from clipboard during a transition, the attachment is not uploaded.

Environment

• JIRA Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to an issue and make a transition (make sure the transition contains screen to allow the attachment of files)
2. Attempt to add an image Copy an image from local machine
3. Ctrl + V to paste image on comment

Expected Results

The image is uploaded and the wiki markup of the attachments is automatically added to the comment.

Actual Results

• The image is not uploaded
• The wiki markup of the attachments is automatically added to the comment.
  

Notes

• Cannot add attachments with drag-and-drop functionality
• Cannot add attachments with manual insert functionality (by clicking on Browse)
• Able to add attachments to Create issue screen
  
• Able to add attachments to View issue screen
• This also happens on Edit Issue screen

Application Logs:
No error on JIRA logs. Some errors cannot be found on Developer Tools which complaint about Project id wasn't set.

Workaround

Add the attachments on View Issue screen, then only transition the issue.
