Provide an option to accept or reject multiple pending invitations

Problem Definition

In the User Management section, there's no option to accept/reject multiple pending invitations, you need to accept or reject each user manually.

Suggested Solution

Provide an option to accept or reject multiple pending invitations at once

Why this is important

This can save some time if the user have too many pending users to accept or reject the access to Jira.
