Provide admins with the ability of cancelling a pending user invitation

      Issue Summary

      The admins should be able to cancel the pending user invitations in their site administration page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access admin.atlassian.com;
      2. Try to cancel a pending user invite.

      Expected Results

      A "cancel invite" button should be available for admins to cancel the pending invitations

      Actual Results

      There is no option to cancel the pending invites.

      Workaround

      A possible workaround is to delete the user from the user list. They should not be able to use the instance after this action.

      In User Management, Click on the user, click the three dots and select Remove user:
