Audit log does not show changes to Status details

      Problem Definition

      As a Jira administrator I want to see on the audit log interface when a user changes the statuses by getting through Administration > Issues > Issue Attributes > Statuses

      Suggested Solution

      Add this entry to the logs sent to the audit log.

      Why this is important

      This change affect all projects.
      This change can be changed by mistake and we would like to identify who did it.
