When JIRA issue is viewed on a high resolution screen (I reproduced on a 4K display highest supported resolution) it is centered in the middle. After discussion with the team, it was found that this is by design and there is a maximum width of the entire view issue area (1280px) to ensure readability of information.

However, there should be option for users to display it properly on extra high resolution screens.
