Description
Summary
On create issue dialog when pasting screenshot (or file) from clipboard to description field only text that refers to an image is inserted but no actual file is attached to issue.
Steps to Replicate
- Create issue
- Copy a file from your computer and paste it into the description field
- Click the "Create" button at the bottom of the form right after pasting the file
Expected Result
It should upload the attachments and display it in the description as a thumbnail.
A warning message should be displayed if the user clicks on "Create" button before the attachment upload is completed, as it works when you drag-and-drop the image on the field.
Current Result
It doesn't upload the attachments and the description shows that it can't render the image:
Unable to render embedded object: File (image-2017-10-11-22-23-22-631.png) not found.

Workaround
- Save the attachments and upload it via the Attachments field. Then, it is possible to attach it to the description field
- Create the issue first, then only paste the attachment.
- Scroll down and check the progress bar be completed in the "Attachment" field
