Permissions not working as expected for default members of Project Roles.

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Cog > System > Project Roles
2. Create a new project role and add a user as a default member
3. Grant permission to this new project role in a project, let's say Browse Project permission for example. (The issue applies to any kind of permission)

Expected Results

As soon as you grant permission to the project role in a project, the default users should be able to access it.

Actual Results

The default users of the project role still don't have the permission granted to the role.

Inside the project settings, go to People and add the users to the project roles
