Workload Pie Chart not displaying the Filter name associated with it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Dashboard;
2. Create a Workload Pie Chart on it.

Expected Results

The Workload Pie chart would be showing the filter associated with it, just the Pie (Ring) Chart.

Actual Results

The filter name does not appear in the chart.

Workaround

None.
