Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Cloud enviromment
2. Install Tempo Timesheet on it
3. Create a couple Accounts on this environment
4. Generate a Backup of this Cloud instance
5. Import it into a Server environment
6. Install Tempo on the Server environment
7. Notice that there are no Accounts imported

I'm attaching a test Cloud backup which contains Accounts as per the screen shot:

Notice that no Account information is mentioned on either <entities.xml> or <activeobjects.xml>.

Workaround

The procedure mentioned onImporting and exporting accounts will import the accounts and work logs associated.
