Done status does not set resolution

    Description

      In JIRA OnDemand, when using the Software Development Workflow Scheme, marking an issue as "Done" leaves the resolution as "Unresolved".

      Steps to reproduce :

      1. Set up a new JIRA project with Project Type as "Software Development"
      2. Create an issue, click on "Start Progress", click on "Start Review" and then click on "Done".
      3. Expected : The resolution gets set to resolved.
      4. Actual situation : The resolution does not change to resolved. It remains unresolved.

      Workaround:
      Modify the Done Transition:

      • Manually create a Post Function that sets the Resolution field to Done.
      • Also the Condition that only users with Resolve Issue permission may be missing. Add that Condition as well.
