Filters don't refresh the results after clicking Return to Search link on the default screen of issues

      Steps to produce

      1. Create a filter, for example: project = test AND status = Open.
      2. Create any ticket with status open and make sure is visible by the above filter.
      3. Click on the ticket to open (don't open it in new window, has to be same window)
      4. Change the status of the ticket and click on Return to Search.

      Expected Results
      The filter shouldn't show the issue since the status of the issue has been changed, thus shouldn't be visible according to the filter project = test AND status = Open.

      Actual Results
      The filter is still showing the issue, even though the status field has been changed but the issue is still visible. Refer to the screenshot
