I work in a team, we all pick issues from a shared filter, when we start working on an issue we set it to "In progress" so it no longer matches the filter, when we finish working on an issue - we want to go back to the filter and pick the next issue in the list - but we have to remember to reload this page every time because of this annoying bug.

There are many ways it could be determined that the issue list is stale. In my case, we directly updated an issue from the list - that should be enough to trigger a refresh.
