Summary

When clicking on labels used in a custom field type 'label', you are directed to the issue navigator.
However, the result in the issue navigator are not filtered to correctly.
The JQL query in the issue navigator stays empty and all issues are displayed

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a custom field type 'label' and add it to a screen.
2. add a label to the custom field
3. click on the label

Expected Results

only issues with the label should be displayed in the issue navigator

Actual Results

issues with and without the label are displayed in the issue navigator

Workaround

In the issue navigator manually add label name in the More field
Or add '<custom field name>' = <label name> to the advanced filter JQL
