Add field validation on the Email field when editing profile

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Have a user on JIRA
      2. Access Profile
      3. Edit Profile
      4. Change email to anything (e.g. aaa)

      Expected Results:
      JIRA should validate the email edited.

      Actual Results:
      JIRA accepts anything on that field.

      Notes:
      This feature been available on the way it is now, you introduce further problems on the system, as example, related to email notifications, etc.
