Summary

Link from the Label is incorrect in List View and causes the the JQL to reset to https://domain.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the issue navigator
2. View issues in List View
3. Right click on the label i.e test copy link url

Current Behavior

URL - https://domain.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=&jql=labels+%3D+test

Expected Behavior

This issue does not occur in Detail View which would point to the correct URL - https://domain.atlassian.net/browse/TST-2?jql=labels%20%3D%20test
