Unable to attach screenshots from clipboard.

It's no longer possible to attach screenshots directly from the clipboard

Environment

JIRA v1000.73.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take a screenshot - Print Screen on Windows or Command + Ctrl + shift + 3 on MacOS
2. Open an issue
3. Press Ctrl + V (Command + V on MacOS)

Expected Results

The screenshot is attached to the issue

Actual Results

Nothing happens.

Affects all browsers

Workaround

• As a temporary workaround, you can click on "More > Attach Files" . Then you will be able to paste the screenshot. OR;
• Click on the Edit button of a ticket, scroll right down to access the Description or Comments field (if enabled) and you can paste screenshots as usual. This would avoid needing to update the Description/Comments in a separate step.
