Assignee changed not saved in history if the change is made with a post function

      Summary

      If the assignee was changed based on a post function for example, Copy Value From Other Field, this change is not saved to the history, which also leads to the fact that the query:

      assignee was 'some_username'

      does not show the issues where 'some_username' was an assignee.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a transition to a workflow to copy the field assignee
      2. Transition an issue and see the assignee being changed
      3. Check the issue history

      Actual Result

      There is no information in Issue History that the Assignee field was changed

      Expected Result

      There should be information in Issue History that the Assignee field was changed
