Evaluation License Expires disables user activity associated with a valid license.

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Currently if you have an evaluation license for JIRA Core, JIRA Software, or JIRA Service Desk and it expires. It will disable activity for users that are associated with a valid commercial license.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide an option to delete the valid license for any admin who logs in or only disable the users who are associated with the trial license.

      Why this is important

       This can cause unnecessary customer friction instance wide for users who are associated with a valid license.

      Workaround 

      Delete the trial license.
