      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Database statistics about the basic information of Jira such as number of attachments, number of projects, number of issues, etc are not showing on Jira Cloud.

      Suggested Solution

      Please include the Database Statistics like "System Information" page on Jira Server. Eg:

      Why this is important

      • Admin can estimate the growth/usage of the instance by comparing the statistics monthly
      • Admin can validate the data after a restoration/migration

      Introduce Project statistics counter and Instance current size for administrators to keep track since system information are no longer available to view (see JRA-63408)
