      Problem Definition

      Many customers are required to provide metrics for their systems for various industry certifications such as ISO, CMMI, and CMMC. Currently, Jira Cloud or Confluence Cloud sites do not offer any monitoring or reporting functionality related to site availability or other such metrics at the site level.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide reporting functionality regarding availability and other such metrics at the site level.

            Please, as a Premium licenced customer we need transparency on at least the Uptime percentage for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud, is useful for us as Jira Admins show to internal customer and stakeholders. The Atlassian Status Page show those indicators for others application, so we expect something similar.

We would like to see what is the ask so that we can share data accordingly. Can you also please elaborate on the expectation of the uptime report, frequency 

             

            Eg:

            customer: Google 

            instances: ads.atlassian.com, youtube.atlassian.com, nest.atlassian.com 

            Uptime report 1 (aggregate of all Atlassian): 99.95 ( This will be Atlassians overall reliability) 

            Uptime report 1 (aggregate of all for google) : 99.994% 

            Uptime report 2(aggregate by instances)  : ads: 99.995 , youtube:99.554 , nest: 99.522

            uptime report 3(aggregate by instances and SLA experience) :  ads-jira-opentickets: 99.993, ads-jira-viewtickets: 99.987 ...
