Import issues from CSV does not support attachments but attachments are in the docs

      Summary

      The documentation for Creating issues using the csv importer has a section for attachments, but the bulk create from CSV does not support attachments.

      • JIRA 7.2.3 Docs

      Expected Results

      Documentation for the Issue -> Import from CSV functionality should not reference attachments.

      Actual Results

      The documentation Creating issues using the csv importer has a section for importing attachments via CSV.

      Notes

      This is similar to ---JRA-39749---, but covers different functionality.  The system level import from external system csv import does support attachments, but the CSV import in the Issues menu does not.
