Display screen tabs on View Issue screen

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a screen with two tabs: "Field Tab" and "Tab 2"
      • Add customer fields to Tab 2.
      • The second tab doesn't get reflected into the view issue screen and all fields appear on a single tab.

      Regardless of whether the custom fields are populated or not, the screen tabs do not show up on view issue screen.
