As a system admin: i would like to limit the "edit workflow" function for project admins.

      The function to modify workflows as project admin is a fantastic new function.

      However not always a good option. 

      In the instances of our cmr's the project owners have admin rights on their projects.

      however some know what they are doing, there are people messing up the worklows.

       

      A solution i would like to propose could be that changing the workflow would be added to the permission scheme.
