Allow Organization field to be used in non SD project

      Problem Description

      Organization field can only be used for Service Desk project at this moment. Adding it to the screen of non SD project will fail with an error when trying to set a value.

      Suggested Resolution

      Allow Organization field to be used in other JIRA project type.
