      Problem Definition

      Currently, JIRA, for the create issue notification, would send an email with only certain system fields. It would not include any custom fields that have been specified during issue creation.

      Suggested Solution

      The JIRA email notification for Issue Creation should include all fields and values specified during issue creation, including custom fields.
