- 'Custom field (<field name>)' will show on the Custom Field Header

Value on the heading for Custom Fields in the shows the name same as UI
Actual Result:
Value on the heading for Custom Fields in the shows the 'Custom field (<field name>)'
Eg. Custom Field is "Reference"
In the UI shows "Reference"
In the Excel shows 'Custom field (Reference)'
Workaround
- As a workaroud you can use the Export HTML Report (current field/all fields). You can then edit the name of the file from <filename>.html to <filename>.xls and it should open up in your spreadsheet program. You may run into this bug: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-61891
