Limit group picker to filter out desired groups

      Similar to the new User Picker (single user) filter which allows you to set a filter which only returns the results from groups that are predefined in it. We have a need to a filter for the Group Picker (single group) to exclude unwanted groups like admin that we don't want to show in the results for users to select.
