Watcher field should appear in History & Activity tab

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently in JIRA if someone is added or removed as a Watcher in a specific issue, we do not have track on when the user was added or removed.

      As a JIRA Administrator I would like to have this information in the History & Activity tab, as we have for Participants field in Service Desk projects.
