      Summary

      Any file attached with Ctrl+V is being converted to png

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 Ctrl-C any file on your drive
      2. Step 2 Ctrl-V it on issue page

      Expected Results

      file is attached as is

      Actual Results

      Image file converted to png and attached / Empty error message for non-image files

      Workaround

      The issue is only with Ctrl+V attachments, use any other method to attach file.
