      I have the following situation.

      • I created two custom checkboxes and two custom text fields.
      • Both checkboxes have the values of Yes, No, and Unknown.
      • The two checkboxes are required
      • The two text fields are hidden
      • If the user clicks Yes for either or both checkboxes, an associated text field should be displayed underneath the checkbox and it has be be required.
      • If the user later clicks No or Unknown for either or both checkboxes, the associated text field should be hidden and not be required.
