      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      You can't create audit logs for users without the JIRA administrator permission.

      So you can't track changes in your project configuration, made by the project admin who hasn't got JIRA administrator permissions.

      So, changes which are seen in the Audit Log are not 100% accurate and became more misleading.
