Error Should Be Displayed When UTF-8 4-Byte Character Is Commented for MySQL Database

      The current error for the issue - JRA-36135 is very confusing or misleading. It will be great if a proper error message is thrown or a disclaimer should be mentioned in the documentation as part of the MySQL database limitation.
