Support of Navigation with Keyboard Shortcuts In Wiki Style Rendering Fields

      When using the Wiki Style Rendering on fields (such as the Description field), navigation with keyboard shortcuts do not function as they would in plain-text fields (ex: Summary).

      One example found:

      Keystroke Plain Text Wiki Editor
      Control + B Moves Cursor Back 1 Character Bolds Text

      Would like to utilize navigation with keyboard shortcuts in addition to the Wiki Style Rendering on fields.
